5.1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and implementation of construction works at the Employer's site, in the Design and Build formula, consisting of reconstruction and renovation along with internal installations: Intensive Care Unit, Replacement of doors entrances to the Operational Route Replacement of floor coverings in hospital wards Renovation and reconstruction of the hall, waiting room, and expansion of the entrance (main entrance) located in the building of SPZOZ W czna in the design and build formula. The subject of the order includes: in particular: development of the necessary full-industry design documentation conditioning the correct implementation of the Subject of the Agreement, including: technical and executive documentation for the purposes of reporting works that do not require a construction permit along with all arrangements, permits and opinions necessary for the proper execution of the order. transfer to the Ordering Party of copyrights to all documentation and all studies created under the contract, obtaining all necessary permits, arrangements and opinions enabling proper performance of the Subject Matter of the Agreement, execution at any reasonable request of the Ordering Party of...
