Description:
1. The subject of the Agreement is the implementation of a construction project called: Renovation and insulation of a multi-family residential building located at ul. Bystrzycka 47 in Dziemorowice in the scope of the following construction works: Renovation and insulation of the front façade using thermal insulation plasters. 4cm with heat conduction coefficient =0.09 W/(m*K) including renovation of architectural details, Insulation of external walls with EPS-70 thick polystyrene foam. 14 cm with heat conduction coefficient = 0.032 W/(m*K), Insulation of the roof and the ceiling under the unheated attic with sheets of mineral wool. 22 cm with heat conduction coefficient = 0.036 W/(m*K), Replacement of windows and doors and renovation of door joinery. The task will be carried out in an inhabited building multi-family residential, for this reason, the implementation of individual elements of the works should be carried out in a way that does not impede the functioning of residents.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, design documentation (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ) and important provisions contractual (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ). The bill of quantities should be treated as supporting documentation.
