The subject of the Agreement is the performance of renovation and modernization of the gas boiler room in the office and administration building on the premises of the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute in Warsaw, ul. Wawelska 15, including: · disassembly and disposal existing gas boiler room installations and equipment; · comprehensive renovation of rooms in accordance with the design documentation of individual industries (construction, sanitary and electrical industries); · delivery and assembly of devices and installations within the rooms gas boiler room in accordance with the design documentation; adapting existing installations in terms of connection to the new gas boiler room; maintaining order at the time and place of work and carrying out the work in a way that does not disturb normal operation of the Hospital; · maintaining continuity of utility supplies for the Hospital (any switches or connection of installations that require temporary disconnection of heat or other utilities for the Hospital's needs must be agreed in detail with the Ordering Party and in advance reported, and the duration of such works must be limited to the minimum necessary); · carrying out all tests, inspections and commissionings confirmed by the protocol; · performing cleaning works; · obtaining all necessary permits and acceptances enabling the use of rooms and installations; · providing complete as-built documentation.2.
