- 1. The subject of the Agreement is the renovation and modernization of the gas boiler room in the office and administration building on the premises of the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skodowska-Curie State Research Institute in Warsaw at ul. Wawelska 15, including: dismantling and disposal of existing gas boiler installations and equipment; comprehensive renovation of rooms in accordance with the design documentation of individual industries (construction, sanitary and electrical industries); delivery and installation of equipment and installations within the area gas boiler rooms in accordance with the design documentation; adaptation of existing installations in terms of connection to the new gas boiler room; maintaining order at the time and place of work and carrying out work in a way that does not interfere with normal work Hospital; maintaining the continuity of the supply of utilities for the Hospital (any switching or connection of installations that require temporary disconnection of heat or other utilities for the needs of the Hospital must be agreed in detail with the Ordering Party and reported appropriately in advance, and the time the duration of such works must be limited to the minimum necessary); carrying out all tests, checking...
