Description:
1) carrying out partial renovations, including the removal of local damage caused during the operation of the surface and markings, as well as operational services on roads managed by the Commune-City of Stargard (including roads without the status of public roads) from January 1, 2026 to December 31 2027 in the scope of works and activities described in Annex No. 1a SWZ; 2) performance of the order also on other roads that the Ordering Party will take over management during the execution of the order; 3) introducing security measures consistent with temporary traffic organizations during urban events taking place in road lanes;4) performing other renovation and maintenance works, not listed in Annex No. 1a, which are necessary to maintain the roads in proper technical and functional condition;5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to commission, under the concluded contract, in consultation with the Contractor, the performance of works renovations, necessary to maintain roads in proper technical and functional condition, going beyond partial renovations;6) ongoing inspection of the technical condition of road markings and the surface of streets, sidewalks and exits, carried out by ...
