Ladies and Gentlemen, We invite you to submit an offer for the renovation and painting of the facade of building A-210 A, B, C, D, E, located on the premises of PGZ SW.1. Scope of work: repair of corroded places, supplementation of the facade, sheet metal fixings, flashings sheet metal, mullions between windows, painting gates in RAL 5003, painting the facades of hall A-210 B, C and D in RAL 5003, and halls A and E in light gray (the color will be clearly specified before starting work), painting elements warning signs in yellow or yellow-blackreplacement of damaged glazingtreatments in the color of the facadereplacement of the vertical lightning protection system - required measurementsPainting works - technology: - pressure washing 300-350bar 40 degrees using detergent - places corrosion St3 - cleaned areas two-component epoxy paint 150 microns - 100% roughening - degreasing 100% - polyurethane-based topcoat or alkaide or interlac enamel (depending on the possibility) - 5-year warranty 2. Material and equipment after the Contractor's side 3. Waste management on the Contractor's side 4. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the completed works for a minimum period of 36 months 5. The offer should be prepared as a lump sum for each hall as a separate scope. The offer should specify the manufacturing technology and indicate a specific painting set6.Completion date: The contractor will specify the completion date for each part of the hall7.
