Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation and protection of a monument - a manor and park complex in the town of Zagaje2. The modernized building will continue to function as an educational building.3. The investment will be implemented by designing and construction and renovation of an existing educational facility, located on plot no. 100 in the Biekowo district, located at Zagaje 6, 14-521 Lelkowo.4. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the functional and utility program, hereinafter referred to as PFU, constituting the Appendix. No. 4 to SWZ. PFU is used to determine the planned costs of design and construction works and to prepare an offer. The functional utility program specifies the type and scope of works necessary to be performed as part of the construction in the indicated scope, based on the issued permission from the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Olsztyn, Branch Office in Elblg, no. WUOZ.RLBLAG.5142.158.2023.KM.
