Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is construction work called Renovation and reconstruction of the buildings of the School Complex in Kisielice along with land development. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: Task I. Performing the works covered by the contracts and completing the works started by the previousof the Contractor1) conservation works2) restoration works (facades, interiors, doors, floors, stairs) 3) works (sanitary, electrical, construction) in a building entered in the register of monuments4) works (sanitary, electrical, construction) in the second building of the School Complex sports hall5) amanagement of the area around the above-mentioned buildings in the scope of: a) renovation of one multi-purpose sports field, b) replacement of the fence Task II - Removal of defects and defects left by the previous contractor NOTE: In the Technical Expertise on the state of fire protection, which is an annex to the project, works consisting in securingwooden elements of the roof structure on building B to the fire retardant state (NRO) are not subject to valuation.
