Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the asphalt surface in the military complex at ul. 3-go Maja 80 in Jarosaw.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in: 1) Description of the Subject of the Order, Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ; 2) Bill of Quantities, Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ; 3) STWiORB (including: detailed technical specifications regarding asphalt concrete surfaces, surface layer, surface layer and wearing course) Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.3. An integral part of the Description of the subject of the order is the draft provisions of the contract along with annexes (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).4. The contractor bears full responsibility for construction site at the time of its takeover.5. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing, throughout their duration, construction works in the scope of: 1) renovation of asphalt surfaces.6. During execution of the order, the Ordering Party is entitled to perform control activities towards the Contractor regarding the fulfillment by him or by a subcontractor of the requirement to employ persons performing the activities indicated under an employment contract. p...
