Description:
1. The procedure is conducted for the purpose of concluding framework agreements (within the meaning of Article 311 of the Public Procurement Law) in the form of an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019. (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law
2. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for: Reassembly of brake bogies for railways operated at PGG S.A.
3. The subject of the order was divided into 2 tasks:
Task No. 1: Renovation of braking bogies manufactured by Becker-Warkop
Task No. 2: Renovation of braking bogies manufactured by Remasz
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ) is included in the ZAnnex No. 1 to SWZ.
