Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the renovation of the building at ul. Mickiewicza 24/26 in Toruń to adapt the rooms located on I-III Pirter to the needs of office work. Renovation will consist of repairing/maintenance of door and window joinery, sanitary renovation, adjustment of the electrical installation,plastering and painting works. Based on the bill of quantities of ROBT (attachment 9 to SWZ) and the technical specifications of the execution and reception of Robt (attachment 10 and 11 to SWZ). 2. The scope of implementation of the subject of the Claw includes: 1) construction of construction works on the basis of developed and approved documents; 2)Performing the renovation of staircases and communication cigws, 3) adaptation of office work rooms, 4) repair/maintenance of window and door joinery, 5) plastering and painting cian and ceilings, 6) renovation of sanitary and social rooms, 7) replacement/adjustment of the electrical system tooffice work needs, 8) securing the area of work against the access of unported OSB; 9) exit and disposal of sewage materials along with the payment of the abbot; 10) providing the building and the area of the building after the building after completionrobt.
