Description:
The subject of the fall is the renovation of the building at ul. Mickiewicza 24/26 in Toruń to adapt the rooms for the I-III pirter to the needs of office work. Renovation will be based on repairing/maintenance of carpentry and window, renovation of sanitary facilities, adjustment of the electrical installation,plastering and painting works. on the basis of the Premier Robt (Zakznik 9 to SWZ) and the technical specifications of the execution and reception of Robt (Zekka 10 I11 to SWZ). 2. The scope of implementation of the subject of the Claw includes: 1) construction of construction works on the basis of developed and approved documents; 2)Performing the renovation of staircases and communication cigws, 3) adaptation of the premises for office work, 4) repair/maintenance of window and door joinery, 5) plastering and painting of cian and ceilings, 6) renovation of sanitary and social rooms, 7) replacement/adjustment of the electrical installation tooffice work needs, 8) securing the area of work against the access of unported OSB; 9) exposure and utilization of charging materials along with the payment of the abbot; 10) ordering the building and the area of the building after completingrobt.
