Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the renovation of the building at ul. Otwarta 3-5 in Wrocaw, in accordance with the CPV nomenclature (Wsplny Sownik Zamwie), The scope of the order includes, among others: 1) demolition and preparatory works, 2) construction works, 3) installation of window joineryand doors, 4) execution of wall and floor coverings, 5) plastering and painting works, 6) thermal insulation of the flat roof, 7) installation of suspended ceilings, 8) interior furnishing (delivery and installation of furniture and sanitary equipment), , 9) installation of electrical installations, including:a) installation of plug sockets and lighting, b) access control installations, c) IP CCTV monitoring installation, d) structural network installation (LAN and telephone), e) alarm installation (SSWiN), 10) installation of sanitary installations including, among others:, a) cold and hot water installations with armamentssanitary facilities, b) central heating installations, c) mechanical exhaust ventilation installations, d) air conditioning installations.
