Description:
The scope of the order includes: 1) installation of central heating and hot water in residential premises powered by gas boilers, 2) liquidation of individual heat sources and individual sources of hot water, together with finishing works after their completion. decommissioning,3) execution of exhaust ventilation in the premises,4) renovation of the cold water installation,5) renovation of the sanitary sewage installation,6) construction of the internal gas installation,7) modernization of the electrical installation,8) preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the water supply connection, in accordance with functional and utility program and reporting the reconstruction of the connection to the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the City Hall in Wrocław,9) carrying out works related to the reconstruction of the water supply connection based on the developed design documentation,10) renovation of residential premises of vacant buildings no. 3 and 8 located in part of the building at ul. Piekarska 3A, 11) execution, delivery and installation of an information board for residents" - in accordance with the Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for marking investments regarding information for residents along with templates boards.
