Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of buildings at ul. Dworcowa 17D in Jastrbie-Zdroj. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in: Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ - Technical Documentation and Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ - Bill of Quantities. The subject of the order must be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the above annexes to SWZ. 2. The subject of the order includes the performance of the following works by the Contractor in the buildings at ul. Dworcowa 17D in Jastrbie-Zdroj: a) preparatory and demolition works; b) floor and wall cladding works; c) ceiling works; d) disassembly and reassembly of sanitary fittings (partly with recovery and new);e) painting works on walls and ceilings;f) replacement of external aluminum doors;g) facade works.3. In addition to the essential works specified in the bill of quantities, the Contractor will ensure the performance of the following works at his own expense: a) securing the area covered by the works, carrying out appropriate occupational health and safety measures, protective barriers, etc., b) relocation of furniture that interferes with the scope of work, c) organization of the construction site and facilities, d) protection of adjacent rooms against damage during the execution of works.
