Description:
1. The subject of the order includes construction and installation works, including general construction works, finishing works and installation works (electrical and low-voltage) related to the renovation of the building at ul. Wjta Henryka 45 in Lubin. The scope of work includes in particular: 1.2. General construction works: a) Excavations and backfills when uncovering foundations and earthworks.b) Repairs to damaged walls.c) Construction of new concrete borders and compaction of the ground with fattening.d) Demolition of the existing roofing and walls of the warehouse hall.e) Installation of a new roofing and cladding of the external walls of the building with sandwich panels made of wool mineral and sheet metal, installation of sheet metal flashings, gutters and downpipes, and rainwater drainage. f) Ventilation of the warehouse hall. g) Replacement of external windows and doors (thermally insulated, steel) along with external blinds on windows and entrance doors. h) Replacement and installation of external window sills.1.3.
