Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is comprehensive execution of construction works consisting in the renovation of chimney caps in multi-family buildings at ul. Zaruby 10, ul. Zaruby 12, ul. Zaruby 15 in Warsaw, 2. The subject of the order will be made on the basis of: 1) bill of quantitiesworks constituting Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ;, 2) specification of the technical execution and acceptance of construction works constituting Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ; :, 1) secure and clearmark the work area if the work may pose a threat to the health of employees or other persons. In dangerous places, place signs informing about the type of threat and use all measures protecting against the effects of threats (especially: information boards, nets, balustrades);,2) send to perform the subject of the contract an appropriate number of people with: a) authorizations to operate individual devices and machines and to perform individual works requiring special permissions or tests (for example: electrical installations, heavy equipment...
