Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings are renovation construction works of existing hardened surfaces at the Ordering Party's equipment and transport base, located in Łodź, at ul. Nowe Sady 27b, in accordance with the Technical Design: Renovation of the parking lot surface, 94-102 d, ul. Nowe Sady 27b, Journal of Laws No. 24/53, 24/54, 24/55, 24/56, 24/57, 24/58, 24/59, 24/60, 24/61, orb P-36, made by: PAM Pracownia Architektoniczna Pawe Myliwiec 91-035 d, ul. Lutomierska 127 lok. 121- documentation includes a. No. 1 to the SWZ, which is known to the Contractor, subject to section 2.2. Documentation completed in No. 1 to SWZ should be taken into account in the part covered by this procedure - the procedure covers the first stage of works resulting from the above design documentation, under which the Ordering Party intends to replace the existing surface made of reinforced concrete slabs in the south-western part of the square marked in the development drawing terrain according to hatching and legends. Electrical works included in the documentation are not the subject of the current proceedings.3.
