- 3.1. The subject of the order is the performance of works on the task titled: Renovation of the dormitory at ZSCKR in Mieczysawow, in particular it includes renovation works of the kitchen facilities on three floors, renovation of the staircase, renovation of the entrance stairs with a ramp for disabled people, replacement of two pairs of doors entrances and balustrades, including electrical and sanitary works in Placwce. The detailed scope of work is included in the bill of quantities constituting Appendix No. 10 to SWZ.3.2. Additional information regarding the subject of the order: 3.2.1. The works should be carried out in accordance with construction practices. The offer must include costs related to the organization of the work site, ensuring that the work is managed by persons with appropriate authorizations, includes the purchase, delivery and installation of all necessary materials, carrying out inspections, tests and tests, if necessary, and collecting documents required by law. The Contractor's obligation will be to collect the necessary documents and complete all procedures. 3.2.2.
