Description:
1. Demand is to renovate the driveway for non -firm OSB at the Public Kindergarten in Grki Maych, ul. Zalesie, in accordance with the documentation, i.e. - Robt Robt plan, technical specification of the execution and receipt of Robt and a pre -city of Robt made by Faktoria AB Sp. z o.o. With headquarters: 43-252 Golasowice, ul. Kwiatowa 70, constituting the integral part of SWZ. 2. The investment includes a renovation of the driveway for non -firm OSB, and as a result the construction of its basic function, i.e. safe use, in accordance with the technical requirements, enabling non -efficient persons (including in disability) reaching the building of a public kindergarten located in Groki Maych at 3 Zalesie Street. The material scope of the task includes:- disassembly of old balustrades,- sewage of the pavement of the driveway of the pythrum of stoneware and concrete cobblestones,- the sewage of the surface of the surface from the concrete cobblestones directly before the driveway,- supplementing a concrete driveway (to prevent the surface of the surface),- cleaning the old sub-podo (driveway surface) along with its places repair and primension,- performance new...
