Description:
1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for: Renovation of duct fans and their components for the Branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. over a period of 24 months.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ) is included in Annex No. 1, 2a and 2b to the SWZ.
3. As a result of this procedure The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement/framework agreements with all contractors who submit offers that cannot be rejected under the task.
6. The essence of the concluded framework agreement is to systematize the rules for awarding orders for the renovation of machines/equipment/components and to create a "catalog "electronic" - price list constituting the basis for subsequent settlements. The process of updating the "electronic catalog" will take place as part of executive proceedings.
7. If the same Contractors submit an offer for several tasks, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of concluding one contract with these Contractors framework contract covering these tasks.
8. Based on the concluded framework agreement, the Ordering Party will award executive orders until the last day of the framework agreement's validity.
9. The number and intensity of implementation orders will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
