Description:
Execution of the subject of the task in accordance with the project documentation, including the bill of quantities for the work to be performed, consisting in: "renovation of the electrical installation and switchboards in order to adapt part of the buildings of the Primary School No. 3 in Otwock and the Otwock City Hall for temporary needs places of shelter for the inhabitants of Otwock. The scope of work is also intended to enable the connection of emergency power sources (power generators) if necessary. The Contractor's obligations include in particular: 1) Signing the entry protocol into the area and taking over the works area from the Ordering Party, 2) Execution of the subject of the contract under the supervision of a person with appropriate authorizations, 3) Execution of the subject of the contract with due diligence, in accordance with the provisions of the documents constituting the contract, conditions of execution and acceptance as well as currently applicable standards and legal provisions, including occupational health and safety regulations and technical knowledge. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the work. 4) Maintaining the work facilities and guarding the property located on the renovation site at his own expense, as well as ensuring safety conditions for the implementation of the works.
