Description:
1 Works will be carried out on the eastern breakwater, Bosmask Naprzeu and in the Branch Pool. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is defined in Recipient No. 1 to the SWZ and technical documentation constituting the recipient No. 11 to SWZ. 2. Pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 1 of the Act of 11 in 2019 Law The Contractor will employ a public shelf under a work contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labor Code of the Person execution Activities in the scope of works listed by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing the works of the construction. The details regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the work contract are specified in the template of the contract for constituting the agreement 2 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not provide in the subject Conquesting the employment scope of OSB, which is mentioned in art. 96 para. 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
