Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service: "Renovation ended with an overview of the" plowing "icebreaker and issuing a security document by the Inland Navigation Office in Bydgoszcz". A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are determined by: description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract - Annex 8 to SWZ.
The contracting authority does not divide the order into parts for the reasons indicated in OPZ - Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The landlord does not provide for the possibility of awarding orders, Fr. referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The applicant does not reserve the obligation to perform key parts of the contract by the Contractor in person. The contracting authority allows subcontractors to participate in the performance of the order. In the event of the participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the order, the Ordering Party, Pursuant to art. 462 para. 2 of the PZP Act, requires the contractor to indicate in the offer part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors and providing the names of subcontractors by the contractor if they are already known. Entrusting the performance of part of the order to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for proper performance of the contract. Subcontracting requirements are specified in the PPU.
5. The applicant does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of the option referred to in art. 441 of the PZP Act.
