Description:
1. Renovation of the external staff together with the walls of the Wielkopolska Voivodship Office in Poznań at ul. Winiowa 13a.2. A detailed scope of construction robs and the method of their implementation are defined: in the description of the subject of the skew, the prejudice, technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of the robt, which constitutes Advocation No. 4 to SWZ. 3. Works not in the pre -city, but necessary to implement the subject of the sketch, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the offense offered. 4. The Ordering Party makes it possible to take a local vision of the place of implementation of the subject of the plait after prior telephone agreement of the deadline Z: Mrs. Monik MCZK tel. 61 854-17 40.5. The contracting authority requires that the contractor grant min. 36 months warranty for the performed subject of the skew, numes from the date of signing (without comments) of the Koczowo Robt reception protocou. 6. The Ordering Party provides for the requirements referred to in art. 95 para. 1 of the Act and determines them, Pursuant to art. 281 para. 2 point 7 of the Act, i.e. ordering, requires that all persons Renovation works were employed under a contract of work by the Contractor the subcontract.
