Description:
1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction and conservation works consisting of renovation of the facade and waterproofing of the Maej Zbrojownia building in Gdańsk, entered in the register of monuments under No. 432, in accordance with the design documentation, conservation documentation and Technical Specifications Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (SST).2) The scope of works includes in particular: a) horizontal and vertical insulation of the foundation walls of the western facade, b) renovation of the brick facade, cleaning, fungicide, filling and grouting of bricks, hydrophobization, c) renovation of the plastered facade, repair and reconstruction of plaster coatings, painting, d) maintenance and repair of architectural details made of natural stone and metal elements, d) renovation of plinths and architraves around the building, e) repair and addition of door and gate joinery elements, f) accompanying and preparatory works, including assembly and disassembly scaffolding, securing the work area and tidying up the area after completion of the work.3) Detailed technical parameters of the order are specified in the design documentation, conservation documentation and SST constituting annexes to the SWZ and being the basis for sporz...
