Due to the fact that the works concern a multi-family residential building, construction works may be taxed at a preferential rate of 8% VAT.1. Renovation of the facade - dismantling and re-installation installation after thermal insulation of boards, etc., - Protection of windows, doors, glass balustrades, balcony surfaces, etc. (according to the description and dimensions in the bill of quantities), - Dismantling of the wall tiles. (according to the description and dimensions in the bill of quantities), - Preparation of the old subfloor for insulation light-wet method, mechanical cleaning and washing.
