Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the renovation of the facade with insulation (stage I) and the installation of a photovoltaic installation on the facade of the Commune Office building in MSC. Dugok. Scope of work: 1) dismantling the steel structure of the facade, 2) insulating the southern facade. and reverence eastern facade, together with the attic superstructure, in accordance with the design documentation, stage I, 3) insulation of the foundation walls with XPS-type polystyrene boards, thickness 10 cm, 4) reconstruction of the building architrave in the place of works, 5) replacement of external window sills with granite window sills, 6) execution of sheet metal flashings in the firewall zone,7) installation of a system facade structure intended for the installation of facade photovoltaic panels,8) installation of facade (facade) photovoltaic panels and on the designed steel structure, in accordance with the design documentation,9) replacement of windows with window joinery aluminum on the ground floor,10) collection and disposal of construction waste, recycling of the steel structure (i.e. transfer to a collection point),11) tidying up and restoring green areas to their original state, including re-sowing grass early,...
