Description:
1. The subject of the order is the proper and comprehensive execution of the investment in accordance with the principles of construction art under the name: Renovation of the facade of the Municipal Cultural Center in Korsze, located at ul. Wolnoci 5a in Korsze, plot no. 471/1 of district 0002, city of Korsze. The scope of work includes the execution of construction works resulting from the design documentation.2. In addition, the subject of the order is: - providing results of verification of the color of the facade before starting finishing works, - preparation and marking of the construction site - proper marking and protection of the works being carried out, - renovation of the building's facade, - renovation of the brick cornice, wall plinth and window sills, - renovation of concrete elements, including architectural details, - renovation of the stairs to the basement, - renovation of secondary joinery and bricked-up basement windows, - keeping documentation of the course of conservation works indicated in the permit and processing their results in a way that allows for clear identification and precise spatial location of all activities and materials used and discoveries made in accordance with the requirements of WKZ in Olsztyn, - carrying out construction works with maximum respect for substances...
