Description:
MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the contract for "Renovation of the fire protection tank, Department 910, Plac PG-2, inv. no. 2109/0017 on the premises of MESKO S.A. in Pionki". Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the internal procedure the Ordering Party. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit your offer with attachments submitted in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the bidder is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). The signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform, while 2 original copies of the contract, signed by hand, should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is accepted as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, any correspondence, declarations, applications, notices and other information are provided by the Ordering Party and the Bidder via the Company's purchasing platform.
