Sanguszki 1 in Warsaw. Dear Sirs,The subject of the order is to renovate the floor and tight bathtub under the ventilation unit in the building. F pos. 35.00 w obiekcie PWPW S.A. at ul. Sanguszki 1 in Warsaw. By decision of the Ordering Party and in consultation with the designer, the technology for making an emergency tight bathtub was changed to resin with fiberglass reinforcement. The scope of work is specified in detail in Annex 1 to the ToR. Attached is the packed and encrypted documentation of the procedure. After signing the NDA, you will receive a code via e-mail or text message for documentation. Please provide the correct e-mail address or telephone number to which I will send the code.NDA: in the attached Word document, please complete the details of your entity and the person designated to process the data. Please return the document in draft form attachment to the message on the platform. We will generate the final version, sign it and send it to you for signature.
