Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment under the name: Renovation of the former owners' manor house in Garby, Reconstruction of the Municipal Cultural Center, i.e. implementation of the planned investment project. , 2. The scope of work includes: 1) renovation of the staircase (entrance to the beer hallnica), 2) renovation and reconstruction of the ceiling, 3) construction of a staircase, 4) construction of an inter-story ceiling, 5) renovation and reconstruction of the attic, including replacement of window frames, 6) construction of a water and sewage system together with the installation of equipment sanitary,, 7) installation of electro-energy installations and devicesrgetical, 8) installation of multi split air conditioning - consisting of 2 pcs. of a 5 KW unit, 4 pcs. (2 KW) indoor units, 9) installation of a central unit and smoke detectors (equipping all rooms except bathrooms and staircase) ,, 10) installation of a call system in the bathroom dfor the disabled (alarm and traffic lights), 11) installation of underfloor heating - DS2 underfloor heating set with Warmtec T538 temperature controller, 12) installation of ladder radiators with an electric heater in bathrooms, 13) installation of structural networks and RTV (.. .
