Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of two freezer and cooling chambers located on the ground floor of the dormitory building belonging to the Police School in Piła, together with the necessary accompanying works to ensure the proper functioning of the facility. The contractor is obliged to develop and deliver (before starting renovation works) design documentation necessary to implement the subject of the order, the design documentation must be agreed with the Ordering Party. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) Functional and utility program, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 2) Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ;3) Bill of Quantities (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ);4) Draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ). The Ordering Party requires that the guarantee for the completed subject of the order, i.e. construction works, equipment and materials, including devices and installations, used for the execution for all works was at least 24 months, counting from the completion of the subject of the contract and the signing of the final acceptance protocol.
