Description:
The subject of the order is the renovation of the propeller assemblies of two L 410 aircraft, numbers 3301 and 3302, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The order concerns four sets of propeller assemblies, two for each aircraft, and each set includes: - main overhaul propellers (Propeller) after 6 years of operation; - major overhaul of the propeller pitch change pump (Feathering Pump) after 6 years of operation; - major overhaul of the propeller speed regulator (Propeller Governor) after 6 years of operation and modification to type P-W22-4.
The Contractor will provide a set of propellers for each set covered by the renovation, the EASA FORM 1 form or an equivalent document for the work performed, in accordance with point M.A.501 of Annex I, Part M to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014 of 26 November 2014 on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and equipment, and also regarding approvals granted to organizations and personnel involved in such tasks (Journal of Laws EU.L.2014.362.1, as amended) issued by the PART 145 organization with the scope of approval appropriate to perform this type of work and the technical documentation of this part and units with the appropriate a note about the renovation carried out - made by the above-mentioned organization of PART 145.
After the renovation, each of the parts and units included in the above-mentioned propeller assemblies must have full service life of at least 6 years of operation or 3,600 hours of operation since the overhaul,
