Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of a multi-family residential and commercial building, including insulation, roof renovation, color changes and changes in the heating method, located in Strzelce Opolskie at ul. Silesian insurgents 20.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) Facades building: - Removal of unused or damaged electrical cables, boards, stands for electrical connections, etc. from the facade. - Removal of damaged sheet metal flashings and gutters. - Thermal insulation of the front facade (west). The existing scratched mineral plaster should be cleaned and repaired and supplemented, and then covered the entire facade with a colored thermal insulation coating according to the system solution (e.g. AT Termo, =0.00032 W/mK). Coating thickness 2 mm. The texture of the plasters and the geometry of the details should be maintained. - The rear (eastern) facade was insulated with a layer of thick polystyrene. 15 cm with REI60 left and right stripes wide min. 200 cm thick mineral wool. 15 cm, located in the corners. Thermal insulation thickness 15 cm (=0.033 W/mK polystyrene, =0.033 W/mK mineral wool) of external walls and plinth thickness. 10 cm (=0.033 W/mK).
