Description:
Renovation of Lipowa Street, stage II in Otmuchów. Scope of work: 1) full surveying services, 2) preparatory works, 3) felling of trees and shrubs along the entire length of the section of the renovated surface along with grubbing up tree trunks (the wood should be cut into 1m sections and deposited in the location indicated by the Ordering Party up to approximately 1 km), 4) dismantling, milling of the surface, 5) removal of rubble, 6) construction of an asphalt concrete overlay, 7) cutting of roadsides, 8) construction of roadsides from crushed aggregate, 9) construction of complete exits, 10) drainage of mines. slope slopes, 11) complete road safety marking, the detailed scope of work includes: 1) estimated bill of quantities, 2) design documentation, 3) draft contract, 4) SST As part of the order, the Contractor is also obliged to: 1) Comply with health and safety regulations, |2) The contractor will develop a financial and material schedule for the work, 3) The contractor, as the producer of waste generated during the above-mentioned works, is responsible for its storage and, if necessary, should regulate the formal and legal status in the field of waste management (Act on on December 14, 2012 on waste Journal of Laws Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended), 4) The contractor will, on his own, develop a design for the temporary organization...
