Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of a multi-family residential building located at ul. Chrobrego 4 in the medium score.1.1. The scope of work includes the following tasks: 1) construction of new brick walls in place of the damaged wooden walls on the ground floor; 2) construction of reinforcements foundations in the part of the building where the walls are planned to be replaced; 3) horizontal insulation of walls using the injection method; 4) repairs of local cracks in load-bearing walls; 5) installation of new floors on the ground floor; 6) renovation of finishing elements on the ground floor; 7) installation of new windows and doors on the ground floor; 8) renovation facade along with the reconstruction of architectural details;9) insulation of the facade.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation and bill of quantities - constituting attachments to SWZ.2.1. The contractor should become familiar with the entire project and STWiORB so that they do not occur during implementation discrepancies regarding the implementation of the facility itself in terms of quality, quantity and adopted technical solutions, as well as the value of the entire investment specified in the offer.
