- The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Renovation of municipal road No. 104 292 R in Kopcie. The scope of the task includes: Renovation of municipal road No. 104 292 R in Kopcie, plot no.: 1728, 1068, 1127, length in km 0+000 0+695.00 in the scope of: - Cold milling, 4 cm deep; - Wearing layer of asphalt concrete with AC 16 S, 4 cm thick; - Asphalt concrete layer with AC 16 W, 4 cm thick; - Road width 1x3.5 m; - Construction of hardened roadsides 2 x 0.75 m;The Contractor's obligations will include: a) performance of all works related to the implementation of the subject of the Agreement in accordance with this Agreement, materials for reporting construction works, bill of quantities and currently applicable Polish standards, construction law issued on its basis, implementing acts and other applicable legal provisions in this regard, b) developing a work implementation schedule; c) ensuring the necessary surveying services, marking out facilities and preparing and agreeing on a surveying inventory post-construction of the subject of the Agreement and submitting it to the Ordering Party in 2 copies in paper version, d) equipment, development and security...
