Description:
Type of order: construction work. The subject of the order is: execution in the design and build mode of the task called: Renovation of municipal road No. 104825D in Malczyce. The order should be performed: in accordance with SWZ, including in accordance with the scope and conditions specified in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as FFU), draft contractual provisions; in accordance with the Bills of Quantities, which are of an auxiliary nature, the documentation specified in the PFUK brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order includes the execution of design works and then the execution of construction works of the investment project aimed at renovation municipal road 104825D on plots 247dr, 215/2dr, 196/5, 196/8, 214 of the Malczyce area with a total length (961 mb + 271 mb) of 962 m. General provisions: Detailed description of the method of implementing the subject of the order (including, among others, the conditions for performing the works, payment terms, conditions regarding recipients, subcontractors) have been specified in the SWZ, technical documentation attached to the SWZ, including the FUP and in the draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
