Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment entitled: Renovation of municipal road no. 120007K, ul. and part of plots no. 1639 in the town of Bolesaw. The scope of the order concerns the renovation of municipal road no. 120007K, ul. localities Bolesaw, in particular: - milling/dismantling of the existing bituminous surface, including transport and disposal, - road resurfacing at a depth of 30 cm. AC11W, - execution of a wearing asphalt layer (MMA) 4cm AC8S, - vertical adjustment of water supply gates, - vertical adjustment of sewer hoses, - preparation and implementation of a project for temporary change of traffic organization, - surveying services: determining the course of the road axis, preparing a surveying inventory as-built together with reporting to geodetic resources (2 copies of the as-built map), - preparation of as-built documentation (1 copy of the paper version and an electronic version on a pendrive in the format PDF).
