- 3.1. The subject of the order is the renovation of the Witnica Boatki municipal road. The municipal road intended for renovation begins at the intersection with county road No. 2900P in the town of Boatki and ends at the intersection with county road No. 3243P in Witnica. This road consists of three sections connected to each other to form an access road between the towns of Boatki and Witnica. The first section in km 0+000.00 2+964.00, the second section in km 0+000.00 0+350.00, the third section in km 0+000.00 0+375.00. The road has a 4.50 m wide bituminous surface with dirt shoulders on both sides. 0.75 m wide. There are numerous cracks and deformations on the road surface, as well as defects that affect the safety of road traffic for its users. The ground roadsides have numerous unevennesses and depressions. Along the road there are farm buildings, single-family houses, enterprises, arable fields, and trees. primary care, as well as a fire station, a grocery store, a village community center and a playground.
