The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Renovation of an open retention reservoir located on plot no. 90/2, area 8 m. Kamisko, together with surveying services. A detailed description of the subject of the order was included in the design documentation (construction design, detailed design, technical design), bill of quantities and STWiOR constituting an annex to this Specification of Terms of Order. Note: 1) Due to the assumed nature of the Contractor's remuneration (lump sum), the bill of quantities serves only an informational function and does not constitute the basis for calculating the price by the Contractor.2) The Ordering Party informs that The technical design is an extended version of the construction design and in case of any doubts, it is the decisive document.
