Description:
Subject of the fall is construction and installation works consisting in the reconstruction of the gynecology department located in horizontally 1 pitra of building No. 1 SPZOZ in Choszczno at M. Niedziakowskiego Street at 4a at the intensive care unit (OIT), in the formula design and build. Sorcades: a) developing a necessary penobran design documentation conditioning the implementation of the subject of the contract, including:- for honor 1- construction and architectural documentation in order to obtain a building permit, technical and executive documentation, along with all arrangements, permits and opinions necessary for the correct implementation of the Class; b) transfer to the ordering author's panties to all the documentation and any development created under the contract, c) obtaining any necessary permits, agreeing and the opinions of the enabling the subject of the subject Contracts, d) performance for the KAPE justified order of the ordering update of the documentation made under this contract, developing replacement, supplement, drawings, etc. necessary for the correct performance of the contract, e) ensuring authority of author's supervision in cza ...
