Description:
1. The subject of the order is construction work, titled: Renovation of the parachute room in the building. 392 in k. 6015 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are included in the following annexes to SWZ:a. Bill of Quantities, Appendix No. 6 to SWZ, b. Technical Specification - attachment no. 7 to SWZ3. The execution of the order is subject to Polish law, in particular: the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994, the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964, the Waste Act of December 14, 2012, the Act of April 2001, Environmental Protection Law and the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. 4. Before preparing the offer, the contractor may make a local inspection of the area. The Ordering Party will enable an on-site visit for interested Contractors after prior written notification of the wish for the Contractors' representatives to participate in this project to the e-mail address: 33bltr.przetargi@ron.mil.pl. The notification should include the name and surname of the person participating in the on-site visit, as well as the contact number to provide details of the time and place of its implementation, which will depend on the number of volunteers.
