Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of part of the building. The scope of work includes, among others: 1) Replacement of the electrical installation in accordance with the executive documentation, 2) Replacement of sanitary equipment and renovation of the existing water installation -kan,,3) Installation of a grease separator, 4) Installation of ceramic cladding on the walls, 5) Removal of paneling, 6) Wiping of existing plasters in preparation for painting, 7) Replacement of door joinery, 8) Painting works, 9) Removal and disposal construction waste., 2. Detailed scope of the subject of the orderis described in the Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ), in the design documentation (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ), which includes: a) Executive documentation of the electrical installation, b) Industry auxiliary drawings, STWiORB (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ) and the bill of quantities made available as a supporting document (Startk No. 10 to the SWZ)., 3. In accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement 6 section 2 The contractor is obliged to submit a material and financial schedule for the entire subject of the contract for approval by the Ordering Party no later than 14 days from the date of signing the contract.
