Description:
The task involves the performance of construction works consisting in the renovation of part of the municipal road 260320 W ul. Jana Pawa II in Brok on a section of 738 meters, in accordance with the submitted project documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the bill of quantities, STWiOR, land development design constituting an attachment. No. 5 and 6 to SWZ. As part of the Subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to develop and submit to the Ordering Party as-built documentation, the scope of which is specified in the template Agreement, which includes, among others: 1) as-built cost estimate, 2) as-built surveying inventory, 3) summary area of individual works performed, confirmed by an authorized surveyor. As part of the Subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party all decisions, arrangements, opinions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the order, if they are required by law. The implementation of the subject of the order should take into account possible energy-saving technical measures and technologies and the reduction of unfavorable impact on the environment (exhaust emissions, noise), both at the construction stage and use.
