Description:
1) The subject of the plan is the execution of construction robs consisting in the reconstruction of Rzemielnicza Street in Myc First. 2) a detailed description of the subject of the polling and its scope is specified in the technical documentation including: Project documentation, including technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction robs, robbers, industrial arrangements, administrative decisions (in this permit for the construction/intention to start Robt), which the documents should be considered. The Contractor is obliged to perform all construction and construction works resulting from the abovementioned Document 3) Project documentation (including, among others, drawings, descriptive documentation), ROBT, STWIORB, industrial arrangements and the obtained administrative decisions are mutual documents. All construction works and elements included in the description, not in the drawings and/or stitched on Drawings, not in the description and in the STWIORB or in the pre -City of Robt, respectively, should be treated as if they were in each of the documents listed.
