The subject of the order is: Renovation of provincial road No. 571 in the town of Borkowo from km 22+560 to km 23+820 and from the town of Piecirogi to the town of Nasielsk from km 30+050 to km 32+300 - procedure no. 290/25.2. The contractor is obliged to ensure, at its own expense, safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the contracts based on the traffic organization design, for the duration of construction. prepared by and at the expense of the Contractor.3. If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described.4.
