Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Renovation of provincial road No. 694 from km 19+584 to km 20+933 on the Brok-Glina section in the Brok commune, Ostrowski poviat, Masovian voivodeship, procedure no. 277/25.2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Tender Documentation (Part III SWZ) and in the Bill of Quantities Robt (Part IV SWZ). The Contractor is obliged to ensure, at its own expense, safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the agreements, based on the traffic organization design, for the duration of construction, prepared by and at the Contractor's expense. The Contractor is obliged to update permanent traffic organization project. The Ordering Party allows preparatory works to be carried out using dynamic traffic organization.3. If the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
