Description:
1. The subject of this order is the renovation of public toilets in the building of Student Dormitory No. 4 at ul. Kanafojska 21 UWM in Olsztyn.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the description of the rooms included in the bill of quantities constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.10. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, however, the requirements and technical parameters and standards specified by the Ordering Party specifying the subject of the order are the minimum conditions that the Ordering Party will expect to be met. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions, is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor has attached a list of equivalent solutions to the offer, along with their description or standards. The ordering party allows solutions equivalent to the described standards, certificates, technical assessments, approvals and technical specifications.
